Rapid-response staffing for urgent anesthesia vacancies. We mobilize qualified providers within 48 hours to keep your OR running safely and on schedule.
Coordinated anesthesia staffing across hospital systems, surgical centers, and outpatient facilities — managed through a single dedicated account team.
Every Somnus provider is thoroughly vetted — background checked, credentialed, malpractice verified, and compliant with facility and state requirements.
Somnus Anesthesia Associates was founded by practicing CRNAs and anesthesiologists who understood firsthand the challenges hospitals face in securing reliable, high-quality anesthesia coverage.
Our clinical leadership reflects that commitment. With more than 20 years of hands-on anesthesia practice, 12 years running an anesthesia department as chief, and over a decade as CMO of a large anesthesia group, our medical leadership brings a level of operational and clinical expertise that most staffing firms simply can't match.
That experience shapes how we recruit, vet, and support every provider we place — and why the facilities we serve trust us to protect their patients and their OR.
Decisions made by practicing anesthesia providers — not business administrators.
A growing network of credentialed CRNAs and anesthesiologists deployable across all 50 states.
We prioritize long-term partnerships over transactional placements — your facility's success is ours.
